The functioning procedure of the web’s application system allows a customer’s data to be recorded about the holding and to return calculation values indicating the company’s risk of data breach.

Data related to the company and to its functioning procedures, are entered by the customer by making a Customer Questionnaire, and they are calculated afterward following an algorithmic matrix which values its aspect according to:

• Extent of damage;
• Probability of damage;
• Event probability;
• Data Breach exposure.

The values returned will be of double calculation divided into Short Term and Long Term.

The latter data will give the client the opportunity to go into the specifics of their company’s deficiencies, strengths and weaknesses listed in an Operational Report.

The Operational Report, accompanied by due descriptions for each type of deficiency/weakness, will give the customer a way to remedy it by modifying or integrating its systems and processes at company level.
