UNIFIED COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

Unified communication is the integration of realtime communication services such as, for example, instant messaging, IP telephony, videoconferencing with deferred means of communication such as, for example, the answering machine, e-mail, SMS and fax.

SMART SECURITY GLOBAL SERVICE LTD develops highly performing dedicated software with maximum protection.

I.P. protection and Data Breach

The determining factors for generating security in the I.P. and Data Breach protection are:

  • National hosting
  • National TLC
  • National Data Recovery and Mirroring
  • Dynamic security (firewall etc.) adaptable and scalable

Start Processing

  • It all starts with the creation of software specifically dedicated to the needs of the requesting administration.
  • The basic software is made in Italy but the management of the complex process takes place directly at the contractor of the UCS software

Blockchain Technology

By means of our Backbone we guarantee maximum security during data transfer and for particular applications (frontend, authentication, mail, notifications, etc.).

Features of our management software

  • Code written in Delphi for the interface service engine
  • WEB and GUI interface using UNIGUI, as a graphical interface
  • Multiplatform and compatible with all existing browsers for Desktop, Mobile and Tablet
  • FastReport advanced reports with export in PDF, XLS, WORD, JPG, PNG, CSV formats
  • Windows Server 2019 environment
  • IIS complex of Internet server services for Microsoft Windows operating systems
  • ISAPI (acronym for Internet Server Application Programming Interface) to extend the functionality of the Internet Information Services (IIS) web server
UNIFIED COMMUNICATION SYSTEM
  • The U.C.S. interface is designed and integrates modules to manage menus, profiles, users, groups, file management, file and string resources, template reports, reports processed and saved as data structures and / or pdf, xls, historical, audio and video reports.
  • The existing interface is to be modeled on the current customer, building everything around the new multi-platform web technologies. The estimated time for development, debugging and turnkey is around 4 or 6 months, depending on the amount of masks and logics to be implemented.
  • Our technicians on a “weekly” basis can schedule reviews to align interface and customer data and logics.
  • Before the release in the final phase it is necessary to debug the software and the system with the customer, adapt and / or build the reports and a period of debugging and system stress.
  • Rich Internet Application (RIA) development is one of the most challenging fields in software development. Tasks like managing user sessions, monitoring view state, updating web controls, handling AJAX calls, and so on can be very challenging.
  • Regardless of device, operating system, CPU and display, the same level of user experience can be achieved on all devices with a compatible web browser. It allows great freedom in the choice of client devices. The client device can be anything from a Windows PC, an OSX device to a PC with any flavor of Linux, or even a Raspberry Pi!
  • uniGUI allows us to create web applications that are very similar to desktop applications in appearance and functionality.
  • Web sessions are the core elements of a uniGUI web application. Each time a user opens a new instance of the web application, a new session is created on the server. Each session will remain active on the server until the user terminates it or a timeout condition occurs. Each session maintains a complete state of the web application execution. Each session has a unique “session ID” which is used to distinguish it from other sessions. The session ID is assigned at session creation and included in every Ajax request, so the request can be routed to the correct session.
  • The diagram represents the structure of a uniGUI server dedicated to state services or state administrations. Each uniGUI server has a single copy of ServerModule that is created once per server, along with multiple sessions that are dynamically created and destroyed based on user activity.
